I am delighted to announce that Gordon Studio will be adding fitness classes at 3:30PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Monday is our busiest day of the week, and 3:30PM classes will help ensure that everyone has the weights they need on G-Lift days. The new schedule is as follows:
Monday: G-Fit at 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:15PM
Tuesday: G-Lift at 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30PM. G-Dance at 6:15PM
Wednesday: G-Fit at 4:30, 5:30, and 6:15PM
Thursday: G-Lift at 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30, and 6:15PM
Friday: G-Fit at 5:30PM, G-Dance at 6:15PM
I can’t wait for January 4th! Let’s beat our record of over 1200 pounds and inches lost in 2015 with over 1600 shed in 2016.
