I made this two nights ago, and it was fantastic. I just heard from my niece Lauren: she made it with mushrooms and her family loved it.
Tips for today: Do you ever get chocolate cravings?
When I must have chocolate I eat Coco Polo Stevia sweetened dark chocolate that I get at Nature’s Whole Food Market.
Or I make the Freedom Chocolate Mousse: so easy! Serve with berries, whipped cream, and walnuts for a super treat.
Sugar Freedom Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder
10 drops stevia or 1/4 cup swerve (Xylitol, or erythritol)
1/4 c heavy cream, almond milk, or coconut milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
puree/ serve chilled
One more thing, whenever you have hunger or cravings between meals, drink some organic chicken broth. You may be low in sodium or electrolytes, and this will fix it in 10 minutes.
Finally, here is the training session we’re doing in class this week:
KB Squat: 8 Reps
Push Up: 8 Reps.
KB Alternating Side Lunges: 8 Reps.
KB Row 8 Reps per arm
KB Bicep Curls 8 per arm
3 circuits total.
Dance Intervals: 16 counts of work followed by 8 counts of rest for 6 minutes.
As you become more advanced you will increase duration up to a maximum of 11 minutes.
