Bloat Busting Vegetables

I have been promising to post a list of my favorite Bloat Busting Vegetables, and here it is.

We are experiencing some pretty hot weather these days, and nobody likes to feel puffy when it’s hot.

If you start your day with the Freedom Tonic: 1T Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar plus 1T lemon juice in 8oz. of water with a few drops of stevia, enjoy 3 servings of these veggies per day plus a Romaine Lettuce salad, and drink plenty of water throughout the day I promise your rings and clothes will feel a bit looser, and your skin will glow.

Try roasting the Brussels Sprouts for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven with garlic and sea salt.

Use celery to dip into fresh salsa.

Use red cabbage leaves as a wrap for a sandwich instead of bread.

Lean healthy food can be simple, tasty, and satisfying.
