Sugar and Grain Free Pancakes

Sugar, Grain, and Trigger Free

Finally, a sugar and grain free pancake that is tasty, has a good texture, and doesn’t make you crave more.  I made these to have something “Brunchy” for Easter morning.  I don’t eat cheat foods, but I do like to create occasional foods for special occasions.  These pancakes are perfect, and you can have them with sugar free maple syrup, top them with crushed and warmed berries, or you can add a bit of Xylitol or Erythritol to the batter if those sweeteners agree with you.

Best of all, I ate the ones you see in this picture at Noon, and it’s 4PM and I’m not hungry.  That means that they definitely didn’t over stimulate my appetite, and I bet they will satisfy yours.
