A Beginner Training Session For You

Some of my students have been asking for a TT session they can do at home.  Here is the link to the beginner version on YouTube.  I’ll be adding an intermediate session and stretching soon.  I uploaded a smaller mobile size file to speed up the loading time.  This has reduced the picture quality, but the sound is very good.  I hope you enjoy it, and see you in class.
