Tired of Pushing Yourself, and Not Getting Results? Try RBT.

I have been using Rest Based Training, RBT for short, ever since I started studying to be a working dancer.

The following article by Jade Teta contains an excellent description of this technique.

For years I wondered why dance class and performance would make me leaner, stronger, and more energetic, while traditional aerobic exercise would make me tired and hungry.

RBT explains how strategic rest, instead of pushing for endurance, can help us to train more effectively, and get amazing results.

To experience Rest Based Training yourself, come take class with me at Dance at the Dome: 251 B. Baretta St. in Sonora, or e-mail me for a consultation: catherine@sugarfreedom.com
