The world of fitness has certainly transformed since I took my first “Body Design by Gilda” class in 1979. Back then, cardio was Queen, and weights were light or non-existant. Today, women are pushing themselves to the limit in gyms and Boot Camps all over the globe.
My attitudes and beliefs about what it takes to create the body and health that truly enhances your joy of living have changed too, especially since I became a food and motivational writer, and a personal trainer.
With Gordon Studio, Sugar Freedom, and the T.E.A.M. Technique, I have found a way to deliver transformation coaching to thousands of readers and clients. Their success has taught me so much that I want to share with you.
What surprises me is how much I have learned from the errors I have made as well.
