Broadway Bootcamp Starts Tuesday, September 5th

Broadway Bootcamp: It’s  the fitness you need for the life you love.

Broadway Bootcamp is a one-hour class featuring a jazz based warm-up, resistance training with Kettle Bells and moderate weights, Barre, choreography, and stretch.

Catherine Gordon CPT has used her experience as a certified trainer, nutrition specialist, and choreographer to create a class that will enhance fitness, strength, balance, flexibility, and grace for participants who are exploring dance for the first time, and will provide the opportunity for experienced dancers to stay in shape.

In addition, learning dance has been shown to improve memory, and it’s so much fun!

Join the upcoming 8 week session to learn a combination to “All That Jazz,” from the musical Chicago.  Classes are Mondays at 5:30PM, Wednesdays at 9AM, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30AM and 8AM.
