  1. Pam and I (Jim) will not be in the Turbulance Training today (7/31)…as we can hardly walk after mondays workout! LOL It was a great workout, we are just not ready for that level yet. However, we will see you in Zumba this afternoon. Thank you, JimJ

  2. I am one of the Gordon Studio’s Senior Members. I started out with Zumba for Seniors and that wasn’t enough, so I went to one of the regular Zumba Classes a bit more challenging but I needed and wanted more so I joined the Turbulence Training. I am so pleased with the strength I am beginning to gain, my posture has improved tremendous; I feel better and move more all thanks to Catherine Gordon’s assessment of my needs for building up muscle and strength in this seniors body. I would not have been able to do any of this without her help. She continues to challenge me to keep going, so with her help I plan to do just that.

    1. Hi Virginia, Zumba is for everyone, so if you’re healthy enough for exercise, you can Zumba. Just come to class 10 or 15 minutes early to sign a waiver form, meet me, or the other instructors, Melanie and April, and let us know if you have any issues with your back, feet, etc.

      Your first class is free with all 3 instructors. Then it’s a $5 drop in or you can get a card with multiple classes for a small discount on that from Melanie and April. My classes are 45 minutes (Catherine) and April and Melanie’s are 1 hour.

  5. Hi, I have been out of my “workout world” for @5yrs and I have been feeling the need to get back in!! My research on effective workouts for “seniors” (still hard to use that word..!! :( ) has brought me to your studio. I was hoping to be able to come in to talk to someone about your TT program this Monday (12/15) Anyone available?? Later in the day is good for me but I am now off work M-F so I would call that “flexible”! Thanks for your time, looking forward to a new beginning!
